Embodiment: Visualise your spine as a golden serpent, breathe slowly and with focus, allow this serpernt to undulate up the spine, through the crown of your head and all the way out to first source light. As you connect, speak your light language or the sound of Creation 'Om' and then draw more of this light down into your body, circulate it at the heart with the intention to remove any walls or blocks around the masculine. Then visualise this energy moving down the spine, out into the nerves and travelling down to the sacrum, the legs and all the way into the Magma within the core of the earth.
