Creative Alchemy is my signature embodiment process.
We gather once a month ready to reWILD our self expression. And self expression is a whole body conversation. Fully channeled, these themed sessions include bone deep activations, breathwork, intuitive movement and art therapy.
This process deeply releases and recodes your body and energy field while allowing your spirit to be set free to express through you beyond words or intentional art -
there is only feeling.
